Magento 1.4 "Your search returns no results."

Posted in Magento tips & tricks, Magento site management on May 21, 2010 0 comment(s)

I used Magento 1.4.1 with Sample data ver.1.2.0. And when I used search module to search product, I reveived this line "Your search returns no results." And the solution is this:

Go to admin > System > Index Management.
Then, select all the indexes > Pick action is “Reindex data” > Press “Submit”.

Go to front-end and try again. Enjoy!

Martin has a great team of Magento experts, I really liked the work he did for me. I asked him to customize my template following a couple of jpg files that I got from a designer and he worked on that template without the psd's - that was awesome, the result I got was really good.
